INSTALLATION
- Successfully carried out the design, supply, installation, and testing and commissioning (T&C) of a comprehensive CCTV, Biometrics, and Access Control system at the Heavy Machinery workshop located in Vasai.
- YTPL played a significant role in the installation and testing and commissioning (T&C) of the Telecom System for both Hyderabad Metro and Mumbai Metro Line 1.
- We accomplished the installation of CCTV, Biometrics, and interface works for G_One Laser Tech.
MANUFACTURING
- Manufactured various essential components like CCTV poles for the Mumbai Metro L-1, Line 2, and Line 7, cable trays, ladders, junction boxes, base frames, foundations, and other miscellaneous items.
ENGINEERING (TELECOM)
- Successfully performed reverse engineering on multiple sub-systems within the telecommunications infrastructure of Mumbai Metro. This effort was undertaken to address longstanding technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- We developed innovative solutions to provide telecommunications support for the Mumbai Metro project.
- YTPL created standby zone controller for radio system by COTS
OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
- AMC: YTPL is responsible for the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) one of metro system located in India.
- Repairs:
- We specializes in the operation of card-level and sub-system-level repair, reverse engineering, and refurbishment services.
- We efficiently provided refurbished Servers and Workstations to Mumbai Metro Line 1, which are currently being operated by us to meet their spare and testing needs.
- Staffing:
- YTPL provides staffing services wherein our experienced staff is seconded into clients’ organizations to handle operations and maintenance tasks.
- We are responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&M) services of the signaling and telecommunications (S&T) works for the Mumbai Metro 2A and 7 lines.
- We are responsible for the maintenance of major transportation projects in Mumbai, including the Mumbai Suburban Railway Projects and Mumbai Metro Line 3.
